The Work:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee critical cybersecurity operations, including auditing security events, triaging alerts, managing shift queues, and collaborating with management (contract/client). You will coordinate data requests, mentor and train shift analysts, provide escalation support, and generate weekly reports and client dashboard updates. Additionally, you will manage scheduling with other shift leads, handle incidents from inception to resolution, and create timelines and after-action reports (AARs) to capture lessons learned.
