Position Overview:
The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving operational objectives and financial targets. This role encompasses all responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative, along with supporting the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Shift Supervisor will direct team activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
