Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial objectives. You will take on the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will direct the activities of the team, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
