Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to provide unparalleled customer service while achieving operational objectives and financial targets. In this dual-function role, you will perform the duties of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily operations. You will step in to manage the team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring that all team members remain aligned with our commitment to excellence.
