Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and expand upon responsibilities established for lower engineering levels, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and capacity enhancement, coordinating activities and monitoring project implementation.
- Estimate and allocate necessary resources, including materials, budget, and personnel, while anticipating future challenges and opportunities.
- Independently conduct projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, achieving efficiencies such as increased yield, enhanced quality, and reduced costs.
- Utilize statistical process control methodologies to gather and analyze process data, developing action plans to bolster process robustness and prevent product loss.
- Drive innovation by recognizing and implementing effective solutions, mentoring peers, and resolving technical issues.
- Engage with diverse teams and stakeholders, understanding and addressing their needs to enhance product and service delivery.
