Who We Are Looking For:
The primary responsibility of the Secondary Press Operator is to operate and oversee up to 800 Ton Secondary stamping presses, ensuring that quality stampings are produced in accordance with Challenge Manufacturing's Quality Standards, production orders, and engineering specifications. This role encompasses activating the press and monitoring the stamping runs, conducting essential quality checks, logging information in Plex (our enterprise resource planning system), and performing general utility tasks to meet the production schedule.
