As the new Shop Manager at Rituals, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and achieving sales targets in our store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the Area Manager to drive sales, meet set KPIs, and ensure the store's success.
- Developing monthly plans rooted in productivity goals.
- Ensuring optimal store administration, including HR and recruitment, scheduling, cash control, and security, while managing the store's budget.
- Overseeing product inventory and daily store operations, including maintaining a tidy and inviting store environment.
- Fostering employee well-being and engagement through regular, personal meetings that build genuine relationships within the store team. You will also organize store meetings to celebrate achievements and reflect on areas for improvement.
