Join Rituals as a Shop Manager and take charge of creating an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the area manager to enhance store sales and achieve set KPIs, ensuring the success of your store.
- Developing monthly plans based on productivity targets to optimize performance.
- Overseeing efficient store administration, including HR and recruitment, scheduling, cash management, and security, while managing the store's budget.
- Managing inventory and daily store operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, clean, and inviting.
- Fostering employee well-being and engagement through regular one-on-one meetings that build genuine relationships with the team, as well as organizing store meetings to celebrate successes and discuss areas for improvement.
