The Role
As a Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of client orders. Collaborating closely with our showroom sales team, you will ensure that clients receive their products on time and uphold the luxury service experience synonymous with our brand. Your responsibilities will also encompass various operational tasks, including receiving and sending shipments, inventory management, and processing refunds. This role combines your passion for design and luxury products with a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced showroom environment.
