Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate Part-Time Showroom Sales Supervisor to join our Northpark retail team. Reporting directly to the Northpark Showroom Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional client experience. If you have a love for fitness, a commitment to operational excellence, and a drive to enhance customer interactions, Tonal is the ideal place for you.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate an in-depth understanding of Tonal’s products, technology, and brand identity.
Strategically focus on activities that exceed both individual and team sales targets.
Lead by example and train your team to provide outstanding client service, thereby creating memorable in-store experiences that drive sales.
Collaborate on various initiatives with the Showroom Leader, including recruitment, training, and event coordination.
Leverage Salesforce to manage client data effectively, enhancing business growth and client support.
Engage in proactive outreach through calls and emails to keep clients informed about updates, offers, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
Proven track record in sales with the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
Strong familiarity with the local market, coupled with the ability to network and establish community connections.
Professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and a strong client-centric approach.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
