Production & Support
Maintain the availability, performance, and reliability of SSO and Identity Management platforms.
Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents and perform thorough problem analysis.
Proactively identify and implement enhancements to minimize recurring incidents.
Projects & Platform Evolution
Contribute to the successful delivery of identity and authentication-related projects.
Assist application teams during integration and troubleshooting phases.
Engage in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
Promote automation and standardization to enhance operational efficiency.
Governance & Change
Operate within established change and incident management frameworks.
Ensure that all changes are meticulously documented, reviewed, and implemented.
Collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
