About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and tracking a diverse range of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments. You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure that all deliverables align with established study timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements such as master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.
- Collaborate with supervisors and key internal/external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual standards.
- Communicate contract negotiation statuses and execution updates to relevant study team members.
- Establish, monitor, report, and manage site contract metrics.
- Support the organization and maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
- Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate the timely execution of contracts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
