Cortica is seeking an exceptional Site Director to become a vital part of our expanding team!
The Site Director acts as the chief leader overseeing all operational, performance, and cultural aspects of a single Cortica center. This role entails leading a diverse group of clinical and administrative professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, clinical social workers, medical practitioners, and operational support staff, to provide outstanding, holistic care to the families we serve. The Site Director is responsible for translating Cortica’s strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, ensuring clinical and operational excellence, while nurturing a collaborative, mission-focused culture.
