Cortica is seeking a Site Director to become a vital member of our expanding team!
As the Site Director, you will be the principal leader overseeing all operational facets, performance metrics, and cultural dynamics at a designated Cortica center. This role involves leading a diverse, multidisciplinary team comprised of clinical and administrative professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, social workers, medical practitioners, and administrative staff. Together, you will deliver outstanding, whole-child care to the families we support. Your responsibilities will include translating Cortica's strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, ensuring both operational and clinical excellence, and nurturing a collaborative, mission-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative leaders across all service lines to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative site team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement that aligns with Cortica’s core values and care model.
- Enhance leadership capabilities by mentoring emerging leaders and ensuring readiness for succession.
- Act as the main authority for site-level performance, aligning daily operations with Cortica's clinical, financial, and growth targets.
- Lead the implementation of site-specific strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Area Director, focusing on quality of care, efficiency, and innovation.
- Ensure seamless coordination and operational flow across various disciplines, optimizing resource allocation and patient throughput.
- Identify and establish new positions based on patient demand and site capacity needs, actively participating in the recruitment process.
