- Perform comprehensive site visits, followed by detailed proposals and reports for installation sites and interconnection facilities.
- Demonstrate expertise in both DC and AC electrical systems and IT networking, with hands-on experience in design, installation, troubleshooting, and re-engineering.
- Prepare comprehensive bills of materials (BOM) for DC, LV, and MV electrical systems, ensuring efficient management of material purchases to maintain optimal inventory levels throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide essential general and technical support during the entire tender process to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, management, and cross-functional teams from the tender stage until project handover is complete.
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, overseeing their scope of work, schedules, and quality of workmanship during installation processes.
- Document, implement, and manage design change requirements through formal submittals.
- Collaborate with both internal and external parties, such as consulting firms and regulatory authorities, regarding licensing, permit matters, and related documentation.
- Engage with grid operators and authorities to ensure proper interconnection of MV/HV electrical systems to the power grid.
- Possess experience in testing and commissioning both DC and AC electrical systems, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during these processes.
- Review project deliverables at each phase to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Implement best practices and safety procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines throughout the project on-site.
- Assist in organizing post-project evaluation meetings to assess outcomes, challenges faced, and to provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
- Proficient in technical writing, report generation, presentations, and method of statement documentation.
- Contribute to and adhere to the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards, legal requirements, local regulations, and codes of practice.
