Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, particularly in the water sector.Demonstrated ability to deliver infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget.In-depth knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.Skills & Competencies:Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Certifications (Preferred):SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Direct daily operations on site for water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, technical drawings, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance:
- Uphold site safety protocols through regular audits.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement sustainability practices.
Team Leadership:
- Inspire and manage site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks to promote safety and efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee workmanship and materials to guarantee compliance with established quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily logs, inspections, and progress reports.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Engage with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
- Participate in site meetings, providing updates on project status, risks, and challenges.
