About the job
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of projects from contract award through to project completion, with a focus on safety, profitability, and quality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and organizing the construction site while considering the schedule, human resources, and material needs, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
- Initiating work while fostering trust among various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with pre-established guidelines.
- Monitoring project execution and progress through weekly meetings, site visits, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and adjusting schedules as necessary.
- Managing and organizing teams according to project requirements.
- Overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of projects (quotes, invoicing, client follow-ups, budgeting) in collaboration with the Administrative and Accounting Manager.
- Coordinating and supervising project closure, ensuring project handover, participating in the resolution of outstanding issues, and relaying information to the design office.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.
