Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or upscale café environment.Comprehensive knowledge of coffee beans, espresso extraction, and various brewing techniques.Expertise in crafting espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, and premium teas to high presentation standards.Ability to create latte art and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.Exceptional guest service skills with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor.Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Well-groomed appearance that aligns with luxury hospitality standards.Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge preferred).Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Proficient upselling skills and ability to promote signature beverages and outlet offerings.A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
