Our requirements include:Successfully completed training as a skilled caregiver or health and nursing professional. Enjoyment in working with patients from diverse backgrounds, including those with psychological issues and psychiatric conditions. Quick comprehension, as well as independent and responsible working style. Strong German language skills and proficiency in at least one foreign language (e.g., English, French, Turkish, Farsi/Dari). Willingness to work early and late shifts. Clear extended background check (cost reimbursement available). Proof of immunity as per the Measles Protection Act.

About the role

To expand our team in Freiburg, we are looking for a skilled caregiver (m/f/d) for full-time or part-time positions starting as soon as possible.

If you are communicative, reliable, and enjoy interacting with people from diverse nationalities, we invite you to take on the following responsibilities as part of our medical care team:

  • Creation and maintenance of patient files, including scheduling and data management.
  • Documentation of care activities and treatment progress.
  • Implementation of infection protection laws and hygiene plans.
  • Monitoring medication distribution and intake for care-dependent individuals.
  • Assisting management in organizing accommodations for asylum seekers, while considering social and legal aspects.
  • Providing support for the basic material needs and security of asylum applicants, serving as a point of contact in various life areas, including meal intake and bed positioning, all with respect and a strong intercultural understanding.
