Essential Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in completing documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Must successfully pass a lift assessment involving push/pull of 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pull merchandise for customer deliveries and pickups.
- Safely operate manual and mechanical equipment, including forklifts, at heights ranging from 20 to 40 feet.
- Implement secure loading practices to optimize space and avoid damage.
- Maintain precise documentation through RF equipment.
- Assist in unloading, tagging, preparing, handling returns, recycling, and performing various Distribution Center duties.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards are upheld throughout the facility.
Work Environment
- Arrive fit for duty and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Steel-toed safety shoes are mandatory at all times.
- Ability to sit, stand, and maneuver furniture/merchandise for prolonged periods.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and occasional fumes/mechanical parts.
Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of lift/forklift operation experience.
Education: High School diploma or GED is required.
