Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Position: Electro-Mechanic
We are seeking a talented and experienced Electro-Mechanic with a strong background in mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, while also contributing to increased reliability throughout the plant.

Your Responsibilities:
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, including:
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, chains, belts, pulleys, rollers, etc.)
- Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems (cylinders, valves, solenoids, pumps) and fabricating hydraulic hoses as needed
- Conducting welding and fabrication repairs (MIG & stick) in various positions
- Troubleshooting electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, multimeters, and megger
- Installing and aligning new equipment using hoists, jacks, and precision tools
- Providing troubleshooting support for VFD drives (SEW, Siemens, Lenze, Allen Bradley)
- Testing equipment, identifying necessary parts, completing repairs, and documenting preventative maintenance
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols
- Working at heights and utilizing equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and scissor lifts as required
