As a Maintenance Technician at Peak-Made, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our apartment community. This essential position is vital to ensuring resident satisfaction and community success. Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and thoroughly address all service requests and repairs.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in monitoring and managing inventory levels of equipment, tools, parts, and supplies.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards at all times.
- Follow all company policies and maintain a tidy, safe work environment.
- Adhere to the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure effective communication with residents and team members.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage budgetary constraints and maintain a proactive maintenance program.
- Assist in maintaining safety protocols and inspect community features to mitigate liability risks.
- Participate in maintaining the community's aesthetic appeal and provide assistance to residents during the move-in and move-out process.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on all equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Resolve resident complaints efficiently and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the upkeep of office and common areas, as well as perform swimming pool maintenance, keeping chemical logs precise.
- Be part of an on-call rotation for emergency services as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required.
