Job Title: Skilled Manufacturing Technician
Overview
Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician, where you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations through the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and universal test machines. This hands-on position involves close collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure we meet our production and quality objectives within an ISO-regulated setting, while continuously striving for efficiency and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and conduct tests on instrumentation and universal test machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Work collaboratively across Engineering and Operations to achieve production targets.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards.
- Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to boost production efficiency.
Essential Skills
- A minimum of five years of experience in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in soldering, electronics, mechanical assembly, and electronic assembly.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in machine building and operation is a plus.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

This position is based in New Albany, Indiana, within an industrial setting focused on quality control and R&D solutions. Aerotek is a global leader in testing and inspection equipment, servicing industries such as food, beverage, and medical sectors to ensure the integrity of packaging, materials, and products. The role operates on a first shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a full-time permanent position located in New Albany, IN.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary for this position ranges from $58,240 to $62,400 annually.
