Qualifications
High school diploma or technical certification in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.1-2 years of practical experience operating CNC milling machines (HAAS, Mazak, Fanuc, DMG Mori, or similar).Comprehensive understanding of G-code, CNC controls, and machining principles.Proficient in using precision measurement tools and GD&T.Familiarity with computer ERP systems such as Epicor.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.Physical capability to lift 30–50 lbs and maintain a standing position for the majority of the workday, with occasional bending and squatting.

Your responsibilities will include operating CNC milling machines, conducting quality checks to ensure product standards, and meticulously documenting production metrics. Level II Operators will also be tasked with performing setup operations and addressing basic troubleshooting issues. This position may occasionally require involvement in related departmental tasks.
Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 12:45 AM, Monday to Thursday
