About the job
As a skilled plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply systems, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
You will read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Your role will include installing various types of pipes (PVC, PPR, HDPE, copper, GI), fittings, valves, and fixtures effectively.
Conducting pressure and leakage testing of installed systems will be part of your daily responsibilities.
You will perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Repairing or replacing broken pipes, fittings, and fixtures will be necessary to maintain system reliability.
Ensure all work complies with local regulations and standards (e.g., DEWA/municipality standards where applicable).
Coordination with the MEP team and other trades on-site will be expected to maintain project timelines.
Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
You will follow health, safety, and environmental procedures consistently to promote a safe working environment.
Reporting material requirements and site issues to the supervisor will be essential for project progression.
