Frasers Group is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Property Manager to join our high-performing Property team. In this role, you will oversee a designated area of operations, allowing you to become a subject matter expert within your territory. You will engage in diverse property management activities, including handling estates issues, acquisitions, lease event management, and controlling property overhead costs. Furthermore, you will collaborate with senior team members on various ad-hoc projects, making this position anything but standard!
- Take full ownership of your workload, addressing estates management and lease events, and coordinating with external consultants as necessary.
- Demonstrate effective time management and prioritize tasks, as the Estates Team regularly works under tight deadlines.
- Participate in acquisition processes within your area and support senior colleagues during these phases.
- Assist team members with all estates-related matters to ensure the estate remains operational and profitable for the retail teams.
- This role may involve everything from liaising with local councils regarding road works to managing legalities related to relocating stores to major flagship sites.
- Engage in lease events, whether negotiating with landlords or consulting on technical renewals, taking ownership of these events and providing detailed reports.
- Manage a geographical area of responsibility, encompassing business rates, service charges, and general estates issues.
