We are searching for an Account Executive with a proven track record of surpassing quotas through new account acquisition, alongside some experience in account management focusing on expansion and renewals. Ideal candidates will have experience in consultative sales processes, particularly in selling SaaS solutions (preferably productivity tools) across diverse industries.
You are inherently a solutions-oriented seller, with training and experience to back it up, possessing a genuine curiosity and confidence when engaging with customers. As a persuasive self-starter and attentive listener, you maintain a high level of personal accountability in cross-functional communications and in managing a healthy sales pipeline. Given that a significant portion of your time will be dedicated to emails, calls, and online meetings with customers, we anticipate that you will bring an infectious positivity when prospecting, presenting, and closing deals!

The Role:
Engage with all new business leads for SMB accounts (10-250 employees)
Consistently achieve and exceed sales pipeline targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, or demo requests into paying customers.
Master our product, enabling you to address customer service inquiries and product questions from your leads.
Conduct engaging customer presentations and demos using online web conferencing tools.
Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation and sales conversion tools.
Identify customer segments and new opportunities to enhance the quality of the sales pipeline.
