About the Ideal Candidate
As an SMB Account Executive, you will be a pivotal force in generating new revenue by managing a high-volume outbound sales strategy across our total addressable market. Your primary focus will be to identify, engage, and convert SMB prospects through various outreach methods including cold calls, emails, texts, and social media — with no warm leads provided. You will take charge of the complete sales process from initial contact to closing, executing with agility and accuracy to meet monthly targets in a dynamic, competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls targeting single-location SMBs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to closing the deal—including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and finalizing contracts—within a sub-30-day timeframe.
- Navigate a highly competitive wellness/fitness technology environment, consistently articulating Mindbody’s unique advantages over alternative solutions.
- Exhibit agile sales execution: rapid qualification, effective objection handling, and swift closing to achieve sales objectives.
