Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a diverse portfolio of partner stores, maintaining regular communication to foster strong and positive relationships.
Collaborate closely with partners to assess performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
Recognize opportunities for upselling Foody's services, features, and promotional offers, aimed at maximizing partner revenue and enhancing satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, proactively addressing concerns and coordinating with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and support to partners in an ever-evolving environment.
Keep precise records of partner interactions, account statuses, and sales pipelines, and present regular reports to management.
