What You'll Be Doing
- Forge strong connections with independent hotels and groups through calls, emails, and engaging demonstrations.
- Serve as an ambassador for Triptease in the NORAM market, focusing on outbound prospecting and brand awareness.
- Take charge of your territory: Develop and implement effective engagement strategies and outreach plans.
- Utilize tools (such as Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Clay) and experiment with AI-driven outreach methods to enhance personalization and efficiency.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals, customizing solutions that empower hotels to succeed.
- Create strategic proposals informed by performance metrics, marketing challenges, and competitive landscape insights.
Requirements
You’ll Add Value If You...
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales (preferably in SaaS, ad-tech, or travel tech).
- Are a natural at building relationships but equally enjoy the thrill of closing deals.
- Excel under pressure, adapt quickly, and have a passion for learning new techniques.
- Have experience with automation tools, personalized outreach, or AI in sales processes (or are eager to learn).
- Prefer working independently while valuing collaboration within an ambitious team.
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with hotel tech, travel tech, or eCommerce
- Understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler)
- Being an early adopter of technology: Actively exploring AI tools or sales automation strategies
