We are in search of a skilled SOC Analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC). This individual will act as the primary responder to incidents raised by our advanced security toolsets.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Respond to technical support requests and manage ticket queues within the SOC, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are upheld and appropriate status changes are made.
- Threat Management: Conduct proactive threat hunting within client environments and contribute to the development of Threat Intelligence strategies.
- Documentation and Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of security incidents as they arise and assist fellow analysts in creating new use cases, reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and automation processes. Document all incidents and metrics for SOC management review.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in infrastructure and networking, along with requisite security qualifications to effectively respond to and assist in the remediation of security incidents. Candidates currently employed by a Managed Service Provider (MSP) are especially encouraged to apply.
Essential Skills:
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, particularly Microsoft Sentinel.
- Relevant experience and qualifications in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working with an IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
