We are seeking a social accompanist on a 4-month fixed-term contract based in Antibes.

Your primary mission will be to assist young users in promoting their autonomy and supporting their individual development.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group support sessions for users according to project objectives and directives set by your supervisor.
Process housing applications and prepare housing allocation committees.
Provide initial welcome, orientation, and social diagnosis.
Develop individualized integration paths.
Facilitate appropriate dialogue situations.
Continuously monitor user integration and housing management.
Act as a mediator between users and common rights services.
Advocate and negotiate with decision-makers on behalf of supported individuals.
Organize various individual and collective activities (meetings, workshops, events, follow-up of paths, prospects…).
Compile administrative agreement files and access rights and housing files. Engage in necessary mediation interventions (correspondence, inquiries, procedures, accompaniment…) in compliance with assigned missions. Contribute to the preparation of activity reports and administrative summaries requested by institutions or organizations in collaboration with your supervisor. Ensure the residents' adherence to operational regulations.
