Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer support on social platforms, escalating complex issues while providing frontline community support to our players.
- Oversee and maintain social media accounts across platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and other emerging channels.
- Devise and execute strategies to enhance social media presence, nurture online communities, and foster user loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on community performance metrics, sentiment/engagement rates, and growth indicators.
- Engage with players through site chats, forums, and direct messages.
- Contribute to creative social content, whether written or visual, as needed.
- Assist in organizing both existing and new competitions, bonus initiatives, or promotional events as required.
- Stay informed about industry trends and integrate insights into strategies.
- Ensure all content and interactions adhere to community guidelines and brand standards.
