Join our Human Resources Department at SQLI, reporting directly to the Group Head of Social Affairs. You will address a wide range of social law issues related to both individual and collective labor relations in a national and international context.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily legal support to HR teams and operational staff within the group, both in France and internationally: advising on local legislation, managing individual cases, analyzing and securing HR processes, etc.
- Preparing for and participating in meetings of employee representative bodies (CSE, Commissions, etc.) and assisting in organizing professional elections.
- Contributing to the drafting of collective agreements and participating in negotiation processes.
- Monitoring labor litigation in collaboration with legal counsel.
- Engaging in international cross-functional projects (harmonization and compliance of HR practices, Salary Transparency Directive, etc.)
- Maintaining a constant legal watch to stay informed about legal developments (new laws, regulations, case law) and current conventions, incorporating a comparative perspective among the various legal frameworks of the countries where the Group operates.
