Your Impact:
We are seeking an innovative and collaborative Social Media Lead to enhance Executive and Corporate Communications. This role aims to elevate awareness and inspire conversations about the unique cultural connections that Airbnb stays offer. The Social Media Lead will craft and manage social media strategies that align with our executive and corporate goals.

A Day in the Life:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Design and execute high-impact social strategies for Executive and Corporate Communications on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop culturally relevant social programming.
- Guide global brand and partner social content direction, manage internal approvals, and lead cross-channel engagement strategies.
- Analyze social campaign performance in real-time, applying insights to enhance future initiatives.
- Produce and edit video and photo content for social media, demonstrating expertise in content creation.
- Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions and work closely with internal teams.
- Quickly identify and capitalize on real-time social opportunities.
