Who We’re Looking For
We are currently on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager to enhance our Marketing team.
This position is heavily execution-oriented and collaborative, taking strategic guidance from the Influencer & Content Strategy Lead, and transforming those insights into consistent, high-quality social media programming and community engagement. You will closely partner with the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing to ensure that Wisp maintains a thoughtful and consistent presence across all social platforms.
This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on execution, enjoys engaging with the community, and knows how to effectively implement strategic initiatives on social media platforms.
What You’ll Do
Social Content Execution & Publishing: Oversee Wisp’s organic social media channels by creating and distributing content that aligns with our strategic objectives, including captions, hashtags, light asset optimization, and leveraging platform trends.
Community Management: Manage daily interactions across various channels (comments, DMs, Reddit), monitor audience sentiment, extract insights, and collaborate with SEO and eCommerce teams.
Reddit & AMA Programs: Spearhead our Reddit initiatives and AMA programs, ensuring authentic and compliant engagement while tracking performance to inform future strategies.
Brand Voice & Cultural Engagement: Consistently apply Wisp’s brand voice, support creator narratives, and engage with relevant cultural moments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization: Work alongside internal teams (Creative, Paid, CX, Medical, Legal) to optimize content, campaigns, and reporting while continuously testing for performance enhancements.
