Key Responsibilities
- Generate, develop, and implement captivating content across various platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar tools to design, edit, photograph, and film high-quality content.
- Create innovative, data-driven social media strategies that enhance client visibility and growth.
- Research and present new social media concepts and trends to clients effectively.
- Craft engaging captions and long-form narratives that resonate with each client’s unique brand voice and objectives.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive monthly content calendars for all platforms.
- Facilitate daily client communication, approvals, and revisions using Loomly.
- Collaborate with internal teams via email and project management tools to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics, social trends, and insights to refine content strategies.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for client-facing weekly status calls.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Social Media Managers, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Engage in daily social listening and community interaction across all assigned accounts.
