As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our social media presence and nurturing an engaged online community on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). This position focuses on creating vibrant short-form video content, facilitating community engagement, supporting influencer marketing efforts, and tracking performance metrics. We seek a creative individual with a strong grasp of social strategies and an ability to produce captivating content that speaks to a young, education-oriented audience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and enhance our social media profiles on Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Develop and schedule content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience effectively.
Content Creation
Produce and refine short-form video content that is visually compelling and consistent with our brand messaging.
Write engaging social media copy tailored to each platform’s audience.
Community Engagement
Facilitate daily interactions with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Cultivate a loyal and active online following.
Influencer Marketing Support
Collaborate with influencers to enhance our brand messaging.
Identify and manage potential influencer partnerships to expand our audience reach and engagement.
Content Planning & Performance Tracking
Work closely with the marketing team to create a structured content calendar that aligns with our brand and promotional initiatives.
