Join our team as a Software Accounting Support Advisor (M/F) in a permanent contract, primarily based in Montpellier (Lattes) at our subsidiary, Septeo Solutions Notaires.

As part of a dedicated support team of around ten individuals, your role will involve guiding our notarial accounting clients in effectively utilizing and understanding our software solutions.
With your expertise, you will become a key partner in their success, advising them on the optimal use and mastery of our software dedicated to notarial accounting, thus enhancing client satisfaction.
After an onboarding and training period, your main responsibilities will include:
Receiving and addressing requests via phone or email.
Using remote support tools to analyze software issues.
Troubleshooting and providing solutions and advice, guiding users through implementation.
Tracking requests until resolution and keeping clients informed.
Implementing corrective actions in collaboration with other departments as necessary.
Daily improvement of service quality for our clients (response time, issue handling, etc.).
