As a Software Application Technician H/F, you will serve as a vital technical support link between our software solutions and clients. Your role will involve installation, configuration, support, and training related to our SCANeR software.
Key Responsibilities
Aligned with the Technical Division and reporting to the Support, Maintenance, and Services Manager, you will engage with professionals in the automotive and mobility sectors on advanced application areas (ADAS, Autonomous Vehicles, Virtual Reality, Unreal Engine). Your duties will include:
- Installing and configuring SCANeR software at client sites
- Ensuring the execution of preventive maintenance
- Providing first-level technical support:
- Analyzing user requests (questions, bugs, assistance)
- Diagnosing and resolving common issues
- Participating in testing and functional validation
- Reporting any installation malfunctions (productivity, quality, safety, etc.) to your supervisor
- Creating simple technical documentation (guides, procedures). Occasional travel may be required within France and internationally.
