Requirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.Availability for a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months or longer.Preferably available to start immediately.Working location: Menara Citibank, Jalan AmpangNearest MRT/LRT: Ampang Park/Persiaran KLCC (within a 5-minute walk)On-site role: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week.Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

You'll receive comprehensive internal training aimed at enhancing both your technical competencies and soft skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Propose actionable recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our System Application Software, aligning with current and future business needs.
2. Approach user requests proactively; troubleshoot issues, address inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up to meet user expectations, ensuring the smooth operation of JDE/MTech and other application systems.
3. Collaborate with users and project teams to identify needs and areas for improvement, delivering best practice solutions.
4. Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications to develop tailored reports and enhanced application programs within specified deadlines.
5. Ensure that all new programs or enhancements are completed on time.
6. Conduct thorough Program and System Integration Testing, documenting Test Plans appropriately. Collaborate with the User and Application Support Team for Application Testing.
7. Undertake additional tasks and assignments as directed by management.
