The Team
Our AI Products Team is at the forefront of developing autonomous AI agents designed to tackle the most complex challenges in customer support, allowing human agents to concentrate on high-value interactions. Following a successful product launch, our Assist product line achieved a remarkable 5x growth in just three months, resulting in millions in ARR, with a promising pipeline for continued expansion.
We are already implementing our solutions within leading tech companies like Canva, Patreon, and Babylist, which provides us with intricate real-world scenarios and rapid feedback loops to enhance our offerings. Our engineering challenges include creating reliable autonomous agents for customer interactions, designing scalable systems across various communication channels, and pushing the limits of current LLM technology.
