With strong venture backing and strategic partnerships with key industry players, our product is proven and effective. We are now seeking talented engineers to help us innovate and expand our offerings.
The Role
As a Software Engineer, you will work on our customer-facing product—the software that warehouse operators, managers, and executives rely on daily. Your contributions will include developing dashboards, real-time views, configuration tools, analytics, and integrations, serving as the crucial link between our AI technology and its users.
In our small team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work by shipping features from concept to deployment, receiving direct feedback from customers about the effectiveness of your solutions. You will manage your code from initial commit through to production.
We require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. We prioritize your accomplishments over your previous workplaces.
This position is in-person in Arlington, TX—remote work is not an option.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and deploy features for our customer-facing product. You will work across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with product teams and customers to determine necessary features and their purposes.
Assume complete responsibility for your deployments—monitor performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Write clean, maintainable code, as collaboration is key in our small team.
Enhance our development and deployment pipeline, focusing on CI/CD, testing, and observability.
Incorporate AI tools into your workflow, as we embrace technology that simplifies routine tasks.
Who You Are
You bring at least 3 years of professional software engineering experience and have a track record of delivering production-level software that users rely on.
You possess robust skills across the tech stack—not just theoretical knowledge, but practical experience building and maintaining applications.
You are familiar with cloud infrastructure and comfortable deploying, scaling, and debugging production systems.
You prioritize writing clean code while balancing the need for timely delivery.
You are adaptable, able to work on frontend, backend, or infrastructure issues as needed.
You communicate effectively, as collaboration is essential in our close-knit team.
