This individual will design and implement programs to generate demand, capture leads, and convert interest into qualified opportunities.We seek a performance-driven professional who is well-versed in leveraging AI to enhance segmentation, targeting, campaign production, testing, lead nurturing, reporting, and funnel optimization. This position is perfect for someone passionate about constructing a more intelligent and efficient demand generation engine from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the demand generation strategy and execution across various channels, including paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages, nurturing processes, retargeting, and campaign testing.Develop comprehensive funnel programs that produce qualified leads and bolster revenue growth.Utilize AI to enhance audience research, campaign creation, personalization, reporting, and performance analytics.Create AI-driven systems for expedited campaign iterations and improved conversion rates.Collaborate closely with the sales team to elevate lead quality, follow-up processes, and pipeline advancement.Design persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns that resonate with the right audience.Enhance funnel performance from initial contact to qualified opportunity.Generate detailed reports on pipeline contributions, conversion rates, and overall efficiency.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.Demonstrated success in owning and executing demand generation initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for marketing optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
