ABOUT ROCKET LAB
Rocket Lab is a pioneering space technology company that provides innovative launch services, comprehensive spacecraft design and manufacturing, satellite components, and more, all aimed at making space more accessible. Our rockets and satellites empower the most ambitious space missions worldwide, including scientific exploration, Earth observation, and initiatives combatting climate change and enhancing national security.
Our Electron rocket is renowned for being the second most frequently launched U.S. rocket annually, successfully delivering over 230 satellites into orbit. Meanwhile, we are developing Neutron, our next-generation medium-lift, reusable launch vehicle designed for expansive constellation deployments. Our Space Systems division engineers and builds a wide array of satellites, payloads, and components, including those that support NASA missions to the Moon and Mars, as well as components utilized in the James Webb Space Telescope.

Join our Production Automation team, where you will collaborate with a talented, international group of software developers from diverse engineering backgrounds. Your role will involve working alongside avionics and manufacturing engineers to create, optimize, and support software applications that functionally test spacecraft components and systems for our launch vehicles (Electron and Neutron) and Space Systems programs. You will engage closely with stakeholders during the development of new components and their transition to the production line, contributing to the test rig setup and maintenance, and assisting engineering teams in analyzing test result data.
We are looking for developers ready to embrace new challenges. If you don't have all the experience in our tech stack, we still encourage you to apply!
