What is the role and what will you be doing?
As a Software Engineer II, you will design, develop, and enhance product features that generate significant value for our Pros. You thrive in a dynamic environment, delivering small, incremental improvements while upholding high standards for quality, performance, and reliability. Your contributions will span the stack, primarily focusing on our Ruby on Rails application and React front end, with opportunities to work with Android and iOS platforms.
Beyond feature development, you will play a key role in refining engineering workflows and enhancing the developer experience within your team. You will identify challenges in testing, deployment, and local development processes and collaborate with your peers to enhance tooling, automation, and reliability. This position will allow you to grow as a full-stack engineer while gaining exposure to cloud-native patterns and cutting-edge development practices.
