Primary responsibility includes coding for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Fire Control System.
Oversee the software development timeline and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Conduct regular meetings with government leadership to report on project progress.
Identify and communicate any development challenges to leadership.
Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their growth.
