Your Role
As a Software Engineer on our macOS team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding Speechify’s core desktop application for millions of users. You will be responsible for key aspects of our macOS app architecture, delivering high-quality code ready for production, and collaborating seamlessly with product, design, and engineering teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive significant engineering and product decisions for the macOS application.
- Develop, test, and deploy production-grade code to scale for millions of users.
- Enhance and maintain complex app architecture, prioritizing performance and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partnering with designers and product managers to evolve features from ideation to launch.
- Engage in product planning and contribute to roadmap discussions.
- Champion continuous improvements in code quality, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
