Your Role
Establish Trust Foundations. Develop and implement systems that ensure Sierra’s platform is secure by default, focusing on privacy, identity, authentication, authorization, and data security across backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
Manage Cross-Functional Systems. Collaborate with product and platform teams to enhance Sierra’s trust components: identity management, access control, auditability, and data lifecycle management, balancing usability, performance, and security.
Safeguard AI Systems. Design controls that prevent AI agents from leaking customer data or executing unauthorized actions. You’ll implement runtime policy enforcement and create data protection boundaries while maintaining agent functionality.
Automate Security Workflows. Build tools that streamline security processes, reducing risks and friction through automated security checks in CI/CD, privacy schema validation, and runtime monitoring for sensitive events.
