Role Overview
As we expand our technology platform to serve a wider array of customers, we are tackling several major initiatives:
Clinical Case Management: We are transforming email-based processes into a streamlined case management system to support clinical staff in navigating insurer requirements efficiently.
API Development: Our clients utilize Silna to automate previously manual processes, creating an opportunity for us to standardize data schemas for prior authorizations.
Integration of Advanced Technologies: We are incorporating cutting-edge models, such as OpenAI's voice technology and Anthropic's computer use model, to enhance automation in our workflows.
These engineering challenges promise continual opportunities for innovation as we aim to enhance efficiency across clinical operations and administrative functions. This position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
